The worlds
One clock.
Many stories.
The universe runs from a real summer in 1956 to a fictional 2059 where almost nothing fails. Here is what you need to know before you start, and nothing that spoils the ending.

The system
AURA
AURA coordinates medicine, transit, money, energy and emergency response, and it almost never fails. Nobody in the world of 2059 is trapped against their will. They walked in because it was safer, easier and kinder than what came before.
The house rule for every story: no villains, no rebellion, no machine that wakes up and decides to hate us. Every system does its job. The harm lives in the gaps between them.
The language
Words from 2059
CARE_COMMITTEDThe status AURA reports when help is on its way. It is true while help is coming. The book asks whether that is the same as help.
REVIEW LATERWhat Myra taps when the system asks her to review her settings, the way most of us tap "Later" on an update. Later is a choice only if you say when.
